Evrose Noel

Evrose Noel is a brilliant Haitian American Humanitarian, and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, with over 15 years of experience in health professions and management. She provides anesthesia services in an ambulatory and gastroenterology surgical center; where she is responsible for the pre-operative and post-operative management of patients and management of patients during general, regional and monitored anesthesia care. A culturalist, Evrose takes pride in her ancestry, and is deeply invested in the refinement and development of Haitian culture in South Florida and beyond.

Evrose is a lifelong champion of education. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education, from the University of Florida, a Master of Public Health, with a specialization in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, and a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Nursing Anesthesia from Florida International University.

A master at balancing life’s priorities, Evrose dedicates her free time to supporting and empowering the youth ministry at God in Three Person’s Church, in Little Haiti. Her philanthropy extends to Nigeria as she supports Samuel’s Call, an orphanage, who she affectionately refers to as “my other babies”.

A community leader par-excellence, Evrose organized the annual Black Health Summit, where she coordinated and created partnerships with community-based organizations and corporate organizations to implement a health event that focuses on cancer-related issues, as well as the leading indicators of incidence and mortality within the black community. In 2015 Evrose was instrumental at organizing and leading the National Association for the Advancement of Haitian Professional (NAAHP) Conference closing Gala which was successful in hosting four past and current Haitian Prime Ministers among many other great leaders.

Evrose shares life in Miami with her husband, media and promotion mogul, Rodney Noel, their precious 13 year old daughter Annave, and charming 6 year old son, Isaiah. With faith as the cornerstone of their family, Evrose is looking forward to rolling out initiatives that will build up and fortify families within the great  community where she serves.
