Frances M. Correa

Ms. Correa is an innovative, award winning, sales executive equipped with comprehensive business development, operations, P&L, and global strategic enterprise sales leadership expertise.

Fran is the Founder and CEO of Vision Strategic Consulting, a management consulting firm.

Currently, Fran is a Sales Director with Kaplan, working closely with the world’s largest financial firms.

As an engaging communicator and enthusiastic professional, Fran has a passion for building lasting relationships with key industry leaders.  She has cross-industry experience in the Financial, Healthcare, Utility and Technology industries and has held senior leadership roles in the hi tech, telecomm and financial industries including Morgan Stanley and Verizon.

With dedication to diversity and inclusion, Fran and has created the “Pennies to Prosperity” series aimed at empowering underserved youth via Financial Literacy. It has positively impacted youth and parents alike throughout the USA and in Kenya. She also presents to organizations like NAAHP, employee and parent groups. She is a founding Board member of Prospanica (formerly NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs) and she founded the NYC Chapter.

Fran is the Vice Chairperson on the Planning Board in her town in NJ. And, with her son, Adam, runs The Mission to the South Bronx to collect donations that provide clothing, accessories and toys to those in need in the South Bronx, the poorest district in the US.

Fran is trilingual (English, Spanish and Italian).

Fran earned her BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Fran enjoys hiking, kayaking, dancing, the theater and all activities with her wonderful husband and two boys.
