Isnel Pierreval

Chief of Party, USAID-SANIFIN, PADF

Isnel Pierreval is a senior economist and Chief of Party for the Financing Climate-Resilient Sanitation Systems and Services (SANIFIN) project, financed by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF).

Prior to this role he worked as an Investment Representative at TD Bank Financial Services, consultant for various institutions such Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), International Finance Cooperation (IFC) and as an advisor to Government of Haiti. He is a global economist with 15 years of expertise in institutions building for economic prosperity and SME growth in complex contexts. He has led international development research on financing tools to mitigate climate risks of farmers in Malawi, Liberia, Senegal, and Mali.

Isnel Pierreval holds a Master of Science in Food and Resources Economic from the University of Florida and a bachelor in Applied Quantitative Economics from CTPEA.
