Jean Kensle Figaro

Jean Kensle Figaro, PMP, is a versatile and determined professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Quisqueya University and a certification in project management from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also a recipient of a competitive merit and need-based scholarship (2013-2017) from the Haitian Education and Leadership Program (HELP).

For two years, he worked as the Career Services Coordinator at HELP, where he planned and led career orientation programs, career trainings, and ensured internships and placements for over 400 students and alumni. During the pandemic, he hosted a career program with Spattitude to educate youth about career development and participated in several career webinars.

As a Haitian, he is committed to making a difference to create lasting waves of change that will contribute to the development of his native region with a focus on improving people’s lives. Kensle, enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
