Financial Aid Workshop Facilitator, New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA)

Jessica Sanchez is a Financial Aid Workshop Facilitator for the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA). She is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with double minors in Public Policy and Latin American Studies. At HESAA, Jessica educates and instructs prospective students and their communities on the process of applying for financial aid through in-depth presentations and hands-on FAFSA workshops. Prior to joining the HESAA team, Jessica worked for four years in the RCNJ Office of Financial Aid and was also a Graduate Fellow for the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE). As a first-generation graduate, she is passionate about promoting equal access to postsecondary opportunities in the state and spreading awareness of financial aid opportunities so college can remain affordable for all students of all backgrounds.
