Jhonson Napoleon

CEO, Azure Group

Jhonson Napoleon was born on July 19, 1973, in Haiti. He is a father of three, entrepreneur, investor,  builder, and public speaker. He began his commercial adventure at the age of 12 in his small village of  South Plaisance, fixing bicycles without formal training.

He immigrated to the United States in 1993, with the knowledge that education was the key to not only  transforming his own life, but also the lives of others.

He began working as a security guard at Macy’s and quickly grew into a real estate agent, a real estate  investor, a real estate developer and mortgage broker.

Fast-forward to the present day: Jhonson is now the CEO of Azure Group, a company that invests in  education, media, and the production of Kola Choucoune, the all-natural soft drink company he  relaunched in April 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Giving back is a large part of Jhonson’s life. He freely shares knowledge that people would pay for in  business school, with his 700,000 social media followers. He’s also a motivational speaker who loves to share his experiences in business with aspiring professionals from around the world.
