Josemon Avril holds a major in Network Support and Technology and brings a strong technical and construction background to the real estate industry. He is the CEO and Founder of Exceed Property Inspection, where he is committed to delivering thorough, high-quality home inspections with integrity and excellence.

In addition to leading his company, Josemon serves as a Construction Project Manager and is a Certified Master Home Inspector in the state of Florida. His expertise allows him to provide clients with detailed insights that help them make confident and informed decisions.

Josemon is also the Second Vice President of the Southwest Florida Association of Realtists (NAREB), where he supports initiatives that promote homeownership and community development.
