Ketsia A. Sadler, EdD, RN, CSN, CHES, CIHWC
Founder, College CAFE

“Know More, Pay Less” is the motto for College CAFE (Consulting and Financial Education) founded by Dr. Ketsia Alerte Sadler to provide parents and their children with resources to navigate the college financial aid process. The mission is to empower students and their families with information to make their college of choice affordable. College CAFE is the result of knowledge obtained at the Operation Link UP (OLU) parent meetings then shared with others and the college application process she and her husband Kenneth experienced with their two sons Andre, an OLU student, Syracuse University 2013 and Armon, Cornell University 2017. Through individual, small group, and community-based programs and services, Dr. Sadler reaches many in her local community and beyond. A Registered Nurse with 27 years of experience, she has a Doctorate in Health Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and is the School Nurse at Dr. Leroy McCloud Elementary School where she continues to provide her students with knowledge to develop healthy lifestyles they can strengthen as they get older. Dr. Sadler is also a Certified Intrinsic Health and Wellbeing Coach. In addition, she serves on the Board for the Health Department of Englewood, NJ, is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Bergen-Passaic Chapter, is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Bergen County Alumnae Chapter, and worships at Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Englewood, New Jersey. She is of Haitian descent and speaks French, Kreol and Spanish. In her spare time, Dr. Sadler enjoys reading and traveling.
