Ketsia Saint-Armand

Senior Nonprofit Strategist, PNC Institutional Asset Management

Ketsia Saint-Armand (she/her/hers) is a Senior Nonprofit Strategist at PNC Institutional Asset Management (IAM). In her role, Ketsia equips nonprofits with tools and frameworks to take a holistic approach to managing their investment portfolios.

She works with PNC IAM market teams across the Southeastern US to support nonprofits in building their financial health, reviewing their organizational strategies, and educating their stakeholders on strategies in place-based impact investing.

Ketsia’s prior work experience is in nonprofit financial consulting, nonprofit lending, and banking and nonprofit strategy consulting. She has worked with nonprofits and grantmakers across the country to design and execute capacity building initiatives.

She serves on the boards of Emancipet, Haiti Cultural Exchange, and Anseye Pou Ayiti. Ketsia is also on advisory boards for Village Capital and the Triangle Capacity Building Network, along with the credit committee for the University of Michigan’s Impact Investing Group.

Ketsia earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies with a focus field in Migration and Development in the Caribbean from Harvard University, where she wrote her honors thesis on the role of religious capital in supporting ongoing engagement in development efforts in Haiti. She also earned a language citation in Haitian Creole.
