Senior Strategy Associate, Nonprofit Finance Fund
Ketsia Saint-Armand is servant leader dedicated to using finance as a tool to advance social justice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies with a focus field in Caribbean Migration and Development from Harvard University.
At Nonprofit Finance Fund, Ketsia currently serves as a Senior Strategy Associate, where she supports and drives strategy implementation across the enterprise. Prior to her current role, Ketsia was a member of the Advisory Services team, where she provided nonprofits with data-driven analyses that framed NFF’s consulting guidance in a comprehensive and clear manner. Before joining NFF, Ketsia worked in Commercial Banking Strategy at Capital One and in Institutional Asset Management at PNC.
In addition to her work in the nonprofit sector, Ketsia also champions access to capital for impact startups. Ketsia is the inaugural co-Lead of the Investment Analysis Team at Shaper Impact Capital, an impact investing initiative designed to connect impact VCs with early-stage startups. She is also a member of the Global Shapers Community and has served as Curator of the Pittsburgh Hub and a founding member of the Queens (NYC) hub, where she has led projects related to financial literacy and economic development.
Ketsia is a member of the Credit Committee for the University of Michigan’s Impact Investing Group. She also serves as a strategy advisor to Mannitòks, a Haitian fintech startup that provides payment and identity verification solutions.
