Lana M. Joseph is a native of Port-Margot, Haiti and the founder and Managing Partner of L. Marcius Joseph & Associates, an Atlanta-based law firm specializing in immigration, criminal defense, and personal injury law across Georgia, Florida, and Indiana. With a proven commitment to protecting her clients’ rights, Lana and her team have become known for their tireless dedication to justice and personalized legal solutions.

Lana holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Master’s in Health Services Administration, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Atlanta John Marshall Law School. Her diverse academic background enables her to approach legal challenges with unique, cross-disciplinary insights, making her a versatile advocate for her clients.

Her interests also include reading, listening to gospel music, and participating in various community-driven projects.
