Loojimps (James) Marcius, CFP®, MBA, MIS, Ph.D.

Loojimps “James” Marcius is the owner and  CEO of Fiducia Financial Group, an Atlanta, GA-based financial planning firm catering to young professionals, business owners, and families in more than four states. He is also the founder of Level x Growth,  a global Business and Personal Growth coaching company that focuses on preparing the next generation of Successful Business Leaders through Impactful Leadership, Business Growth Strategies, and Personal Development Training.  He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Devry University, an MBA from Brenau University, and a master’s in information technology from Keller Graduate School of Management. He also holds a PH.D. in leadership and organizational growth.

An authoritative speaker and seminar presenter on professional development, finances, leadership, and business development, Loojimps is best known for his professionalism, humor, enthusiasm, and ability to captivate audiences of all types in French, English, and Creole. Through his Levelx work, he inspires and empowers his audience to reach one step higher daily.

Loojimps is the creator of the Business Success Accelerator Program and the Elite Business Legacy Mastermind. As the official Business coach for the Georgia Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce, when Loojimps is not traveling, serving his clients, or working in his community, he enjoys spending time with his wife Naomie, his three sons (Jimpsly, Darnell, and Jaiden), and the rest of his extended family. A born-again Christian, he enjoys listening to classical music, doing community work, and reading.
