CEO, Dy-Marco Traiteur

Born April 17, 1991, in Cayes Jacmel, Haiti Growing up in a vibrant family of five children—four sisters and myself as the youngest—I developed a strong sense of community and collaboration from an early age. My educational journey began at the esteemed Sisters of St. Therese of Cluny for primary studies, where I cultivated a passion for learning and service. I then transitioned to Lyce Alexandre Petion for my secondary education, further shaping my academic and personal growth. Pursuing my interests in the culinary and business fields, I studied Bar Restaurant Administration and Marketing at Quisqueya University. My passion for cuisine led me to L’atelier des chefs in Haiti, where I honed my skills as a chef. Today, I proudly serve as an entrepreneur and CEO of Dy-Marco Traiteur, where I combine my culinary expertise with my business acumen to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Additionally, I manage Marco Protocol Agency, ensuring top-tier service in event planning and hospitality. My professional journey also includes valuable experience working at prominent hotels, including NH Haiti El Rancho, Oasis, and Ritz Kinam Hotel. These roles not only enhanced my skills but also deepened my commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry. With a strong foundation in both the culinary arts and business management, I strive to make a meaningful impact in my community and the broader industry.
