Maybelle Jadotte, MPA, MBCP, ACE, ASC

Maybelle Jadotte is a Crisis Management expert, former homeland security official, adjunct professor, and entrepreneur. Her expertise includes security, technology, emergency management, humanitarian assistance, development and critical infrastructure protection.

Maybelle has managed programs both in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, most notably the Business Continuity and Capital Programs at Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She has led public-private partnerships that promote regional resiliency. She has spearheaded the advancement of technology for the agency’s crisis communications efforts. She oversaw the comprehensive review and updates of all the Port Authority’s business continuity plans and implemented a world-class communications system across all Port Authority facilities, including major airports in the Tri-State Area. Throughout her career, Mrs. Jadotte has served in leadership positions within the incident command structure, handling crises such as the NYC Blackout, Superstorm Sandy, Hurricane Maria, the COVID-19 pandemic, and numerous named winter storms.

Maybelle served her community in numerous capacities supporting and leading efforts at Catholic Charities, NYC VOAD, and the Red Cross. Maybelle serves as Director of One Diaspora, an initiative of Haiti Renewal Alliance (HRA.) She serves as Executive Director of Haiti Pathway Forward, a consortium of private citizens, community leaders, faith-based groups, business leaders, former US military leaders, international institutions, and national security and development experts. Maybelle is the Lead Author HPF Haiti National Security Strategy.

Maybelle holds positions as VP, Strategic Partnerships at Vest Net Capital, a venture capital firm focused on developing countries. She leads Business Resilience at a fintech firm and is a principal of Full Spectrum Risk Management Solutions, a firm dedicated to providing technology, operations support, mission critical services to clients in national security, civil government, health care and public health. Maybelle Jadotte is a graduate of Harvard University, with certificates in Leadership, Universidad de Autonoma de Chile and Metropolitan College of NY. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and Bachelor’s in Economics Finance and Management.
