Michelle A. Jennings
Director of EGAD, USAID Haiti
Michelle A. Jennings is a USAID Foreign Service Officer with over 24 years working in international development and humanitarian assistance, across several USAID country programs in Africa, Latin America and in Washington D.C.
Ms. Jennings is currently the Director of the Office of Economic Growth and Agriculture Development in Haiti, where she leads a team in the implementation of economic growth, agriculture, climate, and water security programming across Haiti. Prior to Haiti, Ms. Jennings led USAID’s bilateral and regional biodiversity program in Peru and across the Amazon Basin in South America and also served in in the Office Director capacity in El Salvador and Central America and in Ethiopia.
Ms. Jennings has two Masters of Science degrees from the National Defense University and University of MD and a B.S. from the University of California. Michelle has six kids, was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador (94-96) and is a native of Southern California.
