Milka Milliance, MBA is an organizational development consultant, leadership advisor, author, executive coach and international speaker. Milka delivers evidence-based consultations that support a more expansive view of leadership in organizations.  Milka delivers organizational development, change management, learning & development, org. design and leadership development programs – the full suite of People strategy advisory services to organizations across sectors and industries.

She is the author of Your Journey to Self-Redefinition and a contributing author to Women Entrepreneurship and the Myth of Underperformance.  Prior to launching her leadership advisory firm, she worked at leading management consultancies like:  KPMG, Mercer, Oliver Wyman and Linkage Inc. Milka received her B.A. from Columbia University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship.
