Missaina Joseph

I am Missaina Joseph, a dynamic Haitian professional with over six years of experience in the culinary arts as an international chef. My career had led me to represent Haiti on the world stage, including in Europe, where I showcased my expertise as a professional chef. I also grew up in Hospitality Management and Event World. I completed a one-year incubation program with Haiti Startup Talent, which provided me with the foundation to successfully launch my small businesses.

As an entrepreneur, I have founded three companies: GUSTY, a catering service delivering exceptional culinary experiences, JVD EVENT DESIGN, an event and wedding design agency where I apply my creative talents and CHOBLAK, my beloved company dedicated to crafting traditional Haitian chocolate. Beyond my ventures, I contribute to the entrepreneurial community as a business mentor, supporting organizations like HAITI STARTUP TALENT  and ARISE.

I am a creative individual with a strong interest in entrepreneurship and finance, I am driven by a passion for growth and discovery. I remain committed to expanding my knowledge and exploring new opportunities in my professional journey.
