Molina Jean-Louis is a dedicated advocate for the Haitian community, leveraging her leadership roles to drive cultural celebration and professional advancement. As the Executive Vice President of the National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP), she plays a pivotal role in fostering a network that empowers Haitian professionals through career development and community engagement.

In addition to her work with NAAHP, Molina serves as a Vice President and Board Member of the Young Caribbean Professional Network (YCPN), where she collaborates with fellow leaders to create opportunities for young Caribbean professionals, facilitate mentorship programs, and promote philanthropic initiatives that benefit the Caribbean diaspora.

Molina’s passion for her heritage led her to establish Haitianish, a platform dedicated to highlighting the rich culture, resilience, and achievements of Haiti and its diaspora. Through Haitianish, she shares stories that celebrate the beauty and strength of Haitian people, aiming to reshape narratives and inspire pride within the community.

While continuing her career as a Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphatic Therapist, Molina has expanded her impact through nonprofit leadership and community advocacy.

A native New Yorker with proud Haitian roots, Molina’s multifaceted roles reflect her dedication to uplifting the Haitian community and fostering connections that lead to meaningful change.
