Mone’t Kendall-Turner, MS, LAC (Syracuse University) is the founder of Evolving Futures Consulting, LLC, and a School Counselor at Bergen County Technical High School–Teterboro, a leading public magnet in NJ. A Licensed Associate Counselor and access advocate, Mone’t has shepherded 1,200+ first-gen and Pell-eligible students from dream to acceptance—and from enrollment to graduation. Her holistic, evidence-based approach weaves data-driven advising, ACT Matrix and executive-function coaching, culturally responsive counseling, and strategic curriculum design—partnering closely with families to ensure that college planning is a collaborative process that empowers students to own their narratives, secure resources, and excel from high school through college and into their careers.
