Naïka Jean is a young professional who currently works as a Training Specialist and Instructor with Orange County where she helps facilitate training courses that focus on professional/personal development, and communication. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Naïka is no stranger to the NAAHP conference, she has been a frequent attendee since 2016 when she attended the 5th annual conference: “[Haiti’s Diaspora Goes to Washington: Leveraging the Diaspora’s …]”. She continued to attend for the next following two years with her organization Club Kreyol at UCF, where she served as the Treasurer, Secretary, and Co-Director of their 2016 Soiree Kreyol, respectively. She is also a lifestyle blogger who shares her journey of growth in the hopes to help other millennials or anyone become the best version of themselves, with a focus on self-development, self-awareness, and self-care. Her ultimate goal is to serve others and help them find and fulfill their purpose in life
