Nancy Dubosse

Nancy Dubosse is an economist, with a specialty in monitoring and evaluation of public policy. She periodically lectures on research methodology and writes on the cost-effectiveness of development programs. She obtained her doctorate in economics from the New School in New York. Dubosse lives in Port-au-Prince, Haïti.
