Nicole Molina, M.Ed.

Senior Associate Director, Director of Diversity Recruitment and Outreach, Office of Admissions, Barnard College

Nicole Molina brings twelve years of enrollment management experience in higher education to Barnard College and serves currently as the Senior Associate Director, Director of Diversity Recruitment and Outreach in the office of admissions. Originally from The Bronx, New York, Nicole attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee as a Posse Scholar where she majored in Women and Gender Studies. She received her Masters in Education with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Belmont University also in TN. She started her admissions career at Vanderbilt and worked there for about 7 years until transitioning to University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California to serve as their Senior Assistant Director. After about 3 years there, New York City called her back home and has been at Barnard College ever since. Nicole is dedicated to providing professional development for those in the field of admissions and financial aid via national and regional associations through panels, leading professional workshops and coordinating conferences for said members. She is charged with aiding her colleagues in and around Barnard to provide high school counselors, students and CBO programs resources and tools to aid their own communities while ensuring equitable and accessible practices in the admissions office. Nicole uses she/her/hers pronouns.
