Nita Saint-Hilaire is a dynamic civic innovator, data transformation expert, and passionate advocate for the Haitian diaspora. This New York native is the founder of Qii Labs, Solcité Dev Group, and Tchovi Foundation, as well as a Board Member of Haitians in Tech. With over two decades of experience in technology, marketing, and analytics, Nita creates resilient digital systems for sovereign nations, cities, and growing ecosystems.
Her recent accomplishments include developing the first Regtech Sandbox platform, earning Central Banking’s Finnovator Award and the 2023 Internet 2.0 Innovator Award. As Head of Product at EMTECH Solutions, she built a groundbreaking digital platform for central banks, revolutionizing monetary, regulatory, and treasury services.
This follows a distinguished career in senior leadership roles at renowned organizations such as IBM, Capgemini, Interpublic Group (IPG), and WPP, where she contributed to successful campaigns and digital transformations for global brands like Fiserv, Merck, Canada Goose, Audi, and AT&T, consistently delivering double-digit revenue growth.
Currently advancing her expertise in social impact, Nita is pursuing a Master’s Certificate in Social Innovation & Design at the University of Pennsylvania XSD Social Innovation program, expected in May 2025.
She serves as a delegate and ambassador for the DC Innovation and Tech Inclusion Council and has contributed to several initiatives, including presenting eGovernance and CivicTech in Haiti at HADPAC’s Haiti Unity Summit, FIU x CRUNCH’s Miami Rising Sea Level Project, and participates in projects such as National Civic Hacking Day with Code for Miami x General Provision, the Miami Hack Week Hackathon.
Through Qii Labs & Solcité, Nita is developing biometric and identity-based solutions, as well as creating cross-border portals for citizens of sovereign nations, expected to launch in key markets in 2025. Her efforts in bridging technology and social impact, coupled with her dedication to highlighting tech’s societal impact, embody the spirit of adaptability and lifelong learning, making her a true trailblazer in the field of civic technology and social innovation.
