Noel Jonathas, Jr. is a management consultant, lawyer, entrepreneur and media host. He heads the boutique management consulting firm InSi Group and its affiliated transactional law firm JurisPRO. Over the last ten (10) years, Noel has provided his expertise to multiple international organizations, governments, businesses and NGOs in strategic management, corporate finance, financial services, structured finance, etc. He hosts a business program on a popular radio and on socal medias. Noel holds degrees in information systems engineering and law respectively. Then, he specialized in business economics (at France’s prestigious “Arts et Metiers ParisTech”) and earned, as a Fulbright Scholar, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law and Finance, from Delaware Law School.
