Olsen Deronvil brings 15 years of multifaceted experience in planning, design, and construction engineering to his role as Co-Founder of Xplò Group LLC. His career spans the geography of Florida, from the vibrant markets of the South to the growing corridors of Central and North Florida, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the state’s unique infrastructure and development landscape.

Olsen’s technical portfolio includes high-stakes traffic engineering and design for Florida’s most prominent public agencies, including multiple FDOT districts, the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX), Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, and the City of Orlando. This deep institutional knowledge is paired with sharp commercial instincts; having served as a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate from 2014 to 2022, Olsen possesses a rare "360-degree" view of how engineering decisions influence community growth, marketability, and the everyday lives of residents.

In 2022, Olsen and his partner launched Xplò Group in Florida to integrate technical engineering rigors with a passion for building resilient communities. However, the vision for Xplò has always been global. In 2019, the firm first launched in Haiti, where Olsen and his team contributed to vital rebuilding efforts despite significant political and economic headwinds. From renovating local parks to bidding on large-scale infrastructure projects, these international efforts underscore his commitment to using engineering as a tool for progress in Haiti.
