Owen Dublin

Owen graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering before earning a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance. Owen got his start in real estate as an undergrad with the purchase of his first home using a Conventional loan. Upon graduation, Owen spent several years at a pharmaceutical company as an operations professional. During this time, Owen purchased a multifamily property using a FHA loan.

His most recent venture was the development of a new construction multifamily building during the Covid-19 pandemic. Owen leveraged practical insight, a problem-solving mindset, and authentic leadership to tackle the inherent challenges developers face in ground up construction.
