Ralph Emerson Destin

Ralph is a senior at Milton High School, located in Milton, Massachusetts. He serves as captain of his debate team and editor-in-Chief of Milton High School’s student newspaper, The Elephant In The Room. Ralph volunteers at his local food pantry and is a youth soccer referee. He enjoys helping others reach their potential through constructive feedback, simplified instruction, and interpersonal communication. During the 2020 election cycle, he became passionate about promoting media literacy and civic engagement. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he plans on attending law school in hopes of going into a career of public policy. He was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti but relocated to Long Island, New York following the 2010 Haiti earthquake. In his free time he enjoys biking, reading, journaling, and watching movies.
