As the Lead Pastor of Zion Community Church, a small but vibrant Haitian-American congregation, Jennifer embodies the spirit of service and community engagement. Under her guidance, the church has become a cornerstone for Haitian immigrants and refugees, offering vital support services and fostering a sense of belonging. Her commitment to community affairs reflects her belief in the transformative power of faith and service.
In addition to her Pastoral role, Jennifer serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Covenant House Pennsylvania, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing shelter and support services to young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking. Her dual commitment to spiritual and social causes showcases her holistic approach to leadership and community care.
Prior to her current roles, she honed her skills as the Deputy Director of HIAS Pennsylvania, the region’s leading human services organization for immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. During her three years at HIAS, she played a pivotal role in advocating for the rights and well-being of vulnerable populations, further solidifying her reputation as a tireless champion for justice and equity.
