Richard Cavé, songwriter of the famous kompa group CARIMI, legendary among others by their essential songs Ayiti Bang Bang, Buzz or Kidnapping, forms the group KAI in 2017.

Very quickly considered internationally as the most influential Haitian group of his generation, KAϏ started a world tour that took him to New York, Miami, Montreal, Paris or New Caledonia.

He gives three concerts in Martinique that gather more than 4000 people by dates, then, during the summer of 2018 in Belgium, Dominica or Saint Maarten.

After having counted more than 20 million of YouTube’s streaming with the songs Kansè, Demisyone and Malad, he stands out as the emblematic figure of the Grand Méchant Zouk, at the Zenith of Paris, with his interpretation of Ki Jan Ke Fé in front of a crowd in exaltation of more than 6000 people.

Actualy in preparation for his first solo album, he has surrounded himself with young beatmakers with talent songwriters, Zac, Phunka, Yung (Damso, Siboy, Kalash Criminal, PLK, …) or Yseult, with whom he mixes Kompa and Urban pop with subtlety.

Richard Cavé, by his energy and his scenic power, is today an essential Haitian artist who does not finish making talk about him.
