Ron Apollon
Organizational Director, ServeHaiti

Ron is a native of Haiti who now serves as ServeHaiti’s Organizational Director and is responsible for daily communicating with the Haitian staff, and for reporting issues and project updates to the board. He also oversees the activities of the various committees of the organization in the US.
Ron is also the Director of The Last Defense Goalkeeping Academy (LDGA), an organization that specializes in training goalkeepers and strikers. LDGA and its coaches provide weekly training for youth clubs in the Atlanta area, conduct a 5 day overnight camp every summer that is usually attended by over 80 campers each year and an indoor mini camp in the winter.
In addition, Ron is also the President of the Haitian American Soccer Coaches Association (HASCA), a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of Haitian soccer players and coaches in the US and abroad. The organization was formed in 2022 and consists of high level Haitian American soccer coaches whose goal is to assist in identifying young Haitian talent, develop them to hopefully represent Haiti on the national stage.
Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York Institute of Technology and worked for 20 years in the Telecommunications field before extending his career in soccer coaching, Sports sales, and management in the Non-Profit world with ServeHaiti.
