Sandra Lucie Jean, Esq.

Treasurer and Chair of the Board Development Committee, Georgia Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce

Sandra Lucie Jean is a co-Founder and the current Past President of the Georgia Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.  Sandra served as the President of the Chamber since its inception in June 2011.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude from Hunter College in New York City and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA.

Prior to attending law school, Sandra spent several years working as an accountant for various accounting firms, including Ernst & Young in New York City.  Since law school, in her professional life, Sandra has worked as a Federal Prosecutor with the National Labor Relations Board, Director of Labor and Employee Relations and most recently as an Area Vice President where she managed a portfolio of over eight million dollars a month. Currently, Sandra is the Senior Director of Human Resources for a large local chain of nursing homes, overseeing all compliance matters pertaining to human resources.

In addition to the above, Sandra participates in many leadership roles within her community including with the Junior League of Atlanta, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the city of Brookhaven, GA where she lives.

Sandra is often requested to speak at various empowering functions.  Her speaking engagements include Coretta Scott King Young Women’s Leadership Academy, Women In Golf Foundation, Inc. and the National Association of Haitian Professionals.

She is the mother of two wonderful daughters, 19 and 12, and an avid fan of the New England Patriots.
