Sa’Niyah Jean
University of Central Florida

Sa’Niyah Jean is a dedicated and talented learner with a bright future. She faced developmental risks in her early years and remains an excellent learner and leader. Sa’Niyah was raised in a Haitian American family with her single mother and sister. She has participated in the Forensic Science Magnet program at the Barbara Goleman High School. She has taken over 14 honors courses, more than nine AP classes, and participated in nine dual enrollment courses. Despite reading being her academic weakness, she has consistently made the honor roll due to her strengths in science and math.
Sa’Niyah has exhibited exemplary performance as the vice president for the Class of 2025, Vice President of the First Priority Club, President of the Best Buddies Club, and Senator of the Youth Crime Watch Club. A former volleyball player with a flair for speech and debate, she will be proceeding to the University of Central Florida in the summer, where she will be pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Forensic Science through the Biochemistry Track. Passionate about justice and science, she aspires to work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a trace evidence analyst or the Drug Enforcement Administration agency as a drug chemist, to make a lasting impact on her community and beyond.
