Regional Lead for Haiti, Atlanta Black Chambers

Shirley Xavier is a multi-passionate thought leader, solar panel broker, Hospice Community Liaison, and Founder of YE Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to transform global waste into clean energy in underserved countries, starting with Haiti.

With over 20 yea rs of experience in sales, investing, and retail fashion management, Shirley is also the CEO of Shirley Couture, where she empowers women speakers and coaches through fashion, ensuring their appearance aligns with their message. She is the Founder and President of CryptoMondays ATL, where she’s the first Black woman president among 55+ global chapters of the largest Web3 organization, recognized as “The Bridge” by her peers for fostering connections that drive impactful change.

Beyond her ventures, Shirley is engaged in various business associations, serving on the Women’s League and as the Regional Lead for Haiti on the Atlanta Black Chambers’ Global Opportunities Committee. She is also an active member of the Georgia Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce and the Buckhead Business Association.

Shirley’s commitment and support to her community are reflected in her creation of the Haitian Excellence and YE Foundation Changemakers Awards, presented at YE Foundation’s annual fundraisers, which also celebrate local leaders and organizations making a positive impact. Among her proudest achievements, Shirley supported a previous Manna Relief Initiative, providing  25,000  nourished meals for malnourished children globally. She studied business management and marketing at  Long  Island University in Brooklyn, NY, and is a stakeholder at the Russell Innovation Center  for Entrepreneurs (RICE), where she enhances her business acumen, leadership, and resources to strengthen her nonprofit mission, businesses, and other organizations she supports.
