Sindy Eugene

Sindy, is the founder of three thriving organizations here in South Florida. She founded both Global Youth Empowerment Movement and Youth for Prosperity, 501c3 organization in 2009. In 2016, she founded Sindy’s Educational Enterprise, a curriculum, instruction and training company. She has published two books of her own and co-authored another. Known as The Student Pathfinder and Mrs. Dade County Plus America 2015, her student development philosophy of education has inspired the passion of families, parents and children to succeed as a unit irrespective of life’s challenges, economic disparities, cultural differences and or educational limitations. She makes bridging the gap practical, fun, energetic and real ensuring no one family is left behind.

Her personal, academic and social success and testimony has helped people from different walks of life get on the right path to academic and social success. She has worked with high school students, advanced and at-risk students, service members, immigrant students, and first-time in college, both traditional and non-traditional students, high school drop-outs, para-professionals and many more. Sindy successfully completed her Associate degree in Psychology at Miami Dade College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Science degree in Higher Education from Florida International University and a Master’s of Science in Religious Education from Liberty University. In spite of the many challenges she experienced through her academic pursuits that threatened to take her life on many occasions, Sindy never allowed them to dictate her tomorrow. She never gave into defeat or despair. Because of her resiliency, she has beat the odds, achieved greatly and has soared higher than many ever imagined in the midst of adversity.

Knowing the call on her life, she obeyed the voice of God to birth out both organizations. She is an industry expert in her field using her unique way of bridging strategy and life skills to empower families to break the cycles that sabotage their family unit! Her proven results for family and student success has afforded her opportunities in various secondary and post- secondary institutions, churches, businesses, radio shows, magazines and nonprofit organizations to share her expertise on Family Enrichment Strategies, College & Career Mapping & Youth Leadership Development.

She has served as a keynote speaker for commencement ceremonies, youth groups, college forums, international conferences, and more. As a result, Sindy has dedicated over 18 years to inspire and educate others on how to unlock and possess educational, social and spiritual success.
