Vanessa’s work is grounded in a deep, multidisciplinary academic foundation that sits beneath everything she does as a leader. She holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) a practice-focused doctorate in health systems and governance that prepares leaders to design, strengthen, and steer complex health organizations under real-worldconstraints. Her graduate degree in Global Health sharpened her ability to operate across borders, cultures, and high-stakes institutions where the margin for error is thin, while her training in Crisis Management anchors her discipline in anticipating what can go wrong and exerting control when it does. Her first graduate degree, in Public Administration and Public Policy, is where it all began, grounding her in how power, governance, and institutions actually function. It is the arena that would go on to shape her entire approach to leadership, reputation, and system-level change.
