Vicky Chèry

Vicky Chèry is an aspiring Healthcare executive currently employed as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Vivex Biomedical. Vicky carries leadership experience in the hospice and palliative care field as she was an administrative lead for high acuity patients in the inpatient unit located in Hollywood, Florida. Vicky graduated from the University of Miami in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration degree specialized in healthcare from Florida International University.

Vicky’s desire to be apart of the healthcare realm grew tremendously as she realized health administration, organizational behavior, and policy-making affords a macro level opportunity to create change in patients’ lives. Vicky aspires to become a consultant for a community based health organization in South Florida, in an effort to apply her degree to social entrepreneurship and service. She’s also passionate about establishing a non-governmental medical relief organization in Haiti, to address the health concerns and social determinants of health through mobile health clinics and public health educational programs. Vicky thoroughly believes change and progress is in Haiti’s future, and through the assistance of National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals she’ll become one of the key drivers of that change.
