Mr. Watson Escarment is a proven leader in Engineering, Business, and Organizational Leadership. He has served as a leadership consultant in Metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia and throughout the U.S. Mr. Escarment has more than 25 years of experience as an Engineer and Leadership Consultant and has held a variety of leadership positions in the field of Engineering and Organizational Leadership for various Fortune 500 organizations.
Mr. Watson Escarment is the founder and Executive Director of Samaritan’s Heart Foundation (SHF), a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization with a mission to advance the economic success of individuals, families and their children, through opportunity assistance, workforce development, economic education & support, and capacity building. He is also the co-chair of the Georgia Haitian Coalition, an organization consisting of a diverse group of Haitian organizational leaders. The organization is focused on addressing critical issues such as immigration, healthcare, education, economic empowerment, and cultural preservation. Mr. Escarment also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Good Samaritan Haitian Alliance Church (GSHAC).
Mr. Escarment has been instrumental in leadership building and community development in Haiti, The Bahamas and Dominican Republic, serving thousands of Haitians and other populations on the ground and has completed more than 30 trips to these countries to date. He has designed and managed various construction and building projects in these countries, including several primary schools, technical colleges, churches, and a future hospital.
Mr. Escarment holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, an MBA from Georgia Southern University, and is currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership.
