Whitney Lubin is a dynamic technology professional and community leader, currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, where she optimizes the global customer cart experience for SMBs purchasing Microsoft 365 products, including Copilot.

Whitney is also the Founder and Executive Director of Haitians in Tech, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting and empowering Haitian technology professionals globally. Haitians in Tech creates pathways for innovation and economic opportunities for Haitians both in the diaspora and in Haiti.

Whitney’s passion for civic tech is further reflected in her previous role as Executive Director of Code for South Florida and her previous experience as a Code for America fellow, where she led impactful technology projects aimed at improving community outcomes.

In addition to her work in tech, Whitney runs The Startup Life, a business she uses to bring her creative projects to life, including ventures like her science fiction series Annakiyah and the Libraries of Timbuktu and MedicalBae.com. Through this platform, she combines her Product Management expertise with her creativity to drive innovative, collaborative projects.

Whitney’s continued dedication to advancing Haitian professionals and using technology to drive social good remains central to her mission of creating meaningful impact across industries.
