Wolf Pamphile

International Affairs Graduate Student, Baruch College

Wolf Pamphile, the founder of Haiti Policy House, was born and raised in Cap-Haitien, Haiti, before moving to Brooklyn, NY, with his family at 14. He’s a true City University of New York (CUNY) alum; he obtained his bachelor’s in Paralegal Studies at NYC College of Technology CUNY and later completed a master’s degree in International Affairs at Baruch College CUNY, with a focus on comparative analysis between Haiti and countries with similar issues. Wolf also studied international business management abroad at the Copenhagen Business School.

In the past decade, he has launched several volunteer-led initiatives to support Haitian migrants in Brooklyn, NY, including working with elected officials in 2021 to establish an immigration clinic for Haitians affected by the Rio Grande border crisis. Before founding Haiti Policy House, Wolf worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce, managing congressional outreach, strategic planning, data analytics, and performance evaluation programs. While at the U.S. Department of Commerce, he traveled to Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, and Nigeria.

Wolf is an artist at heart in his free time and fell in love with photography 13 years ago. He also enjoys swimming, running, and calisthenics.
