Ylna (el-na) Edmond is a production and talent logistics leader who’s worked behind the scenes on some of the biggest stages in entertainment, from the Super Bowl Halftime Show to MTV’s VMAs to Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards, to projects at the White House.

With over a decade of experience in content creation, studio production, live events, and talent management, Ylna has collaborated with stars, worked with influencers to build campaigns for brands like Nike and BET, and helped bring big ideas to life.

But her real superpower? Staying calm under pressure and making sure everyone, from the artists to the camera crew is set up to succeed. She believes in working hard, leading with kindness, and creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds to shine.
