Cancellation/Refund Policies
- All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by August 30, 2019 to receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 30, 2019 and by September 31, 2019, will be eligible for a 20% refund. No Refunds will be issued after October 1, 2019; however an alternate person may attend for the registrant. Refunds of credit card payments must be made to the same account used for the payment.
- All cancellations must be in writing. Send your cancellation request to: registration@naahpusa.org
- If a NAAHP member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things:
- Pay the difference between the NAAHP and nonmember price at the time of the transfer.
OR - Become a NAAHP member at the time of the transfer.
- Pay the difference between the NAAHP and nonmember price at the time of the transfer.
*All students must provide a valid ID at registration in order to pick-up conference credentials. Please note if you are unable to provide a valid ID, you will have to pay the Professional level registration costs (the difference will be charged at registration).
