Since 1801, Haiti has had 23 constitutions and approximately eight constitutional referendums. On Sunday, June 24, 2021 Haitians will vote on a constitutional referendum for a 24th constitution. Join us for a conversation with professors and political scientists as we discuss the historical significance and evolution of Haiti’s constitutions and the contents of the constitutional referendum.
