Leading up to the tragic earthquake that impacted Haiti on August 14th, 2021, the country had already been recovering from the devastations of Covid-19, the assassination of President Jovenel Moise, and increasing tensions among civilians and government officials. Many lives have been lost, and the traumatized nation is still dealing with the burdens brought upon by the series of events that rocked the island. Most recently, tropical storm Grace has added an additional layer of complexity to Haiti’s already fragile state.

NAAHP stands united with non-profit organizations on the ground in Haiti, in partnership to provide relief to those affected. Our goal is to contribute to the emergent needs as well as the long term sustainable endeavors towards restoration of the country.
