Born and raised in Gonaïves, Haiti. From a family of 4 siblings, 4 parents, and 2 grandparents. I am not married and have no children.

How did your background and expertise prepare you for your current role?
Instilled discipline and an attitude of finishing.
What would you say have been your greatest career or personal accomplishments so far?
Helped launch a hysteroscopic device and running a half marathon.
How do you prioritize your time and what you focus on?
My time is prioritize base on my goals and I focus on what is of importance to me.
What are your personal or professional journey highlights thus far?
Reaching my fitness goals and serving honorably in the armed forces.
What is the biggest challenge of your work?
Formulating a system.
What’s the most important leadership lesson you’ve learned?
Setting the example is louder than directing alone.
What kind of advice would you give to a student in your field?
Set goals and make the effort to achieve them.
