Tell us a bit about your personal background.

Bruny Cherisme was born and raised in Jacmel, Haiti. As the oldest of 4 which he thinks this makes him very responsible. He immigrated to the U.S after high school and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Since then he has been working in the technology field holding various positions.

What’s your current job?

Bruny is currently a D365 Solution Architect – Manager

How did your background prepare you for your current role?

He has an enthusiasm for technology since he was young and saw his parents building their businesses. So, the combination of his tech skills and great business acumen made him the right person for my current role.

What is the biggest challenge of your work?

He feels that every day is a challenge, he looks forward to it to keep him motivated

What would you say have been your greatest career or personal accomplishments so far?

Bruny’s greatest career accomplishments have been helping organizations streamline their business/sales processes by implementing robust software technology which leads to an increase of sales. As well as working closely with sales and finance executives to teach them how to take advantage of the new technologies and better use them

What’s the most important leadership lesson you’ve learned?

The most important leadership lesson he has learned has been to talk less and listen more.

What kind of advice would you give to fellow NAAHP members looking to grow professionally?

Be open minded, keep learning and to be humble.

Who or what inspires you?

Bruny is most inspired when people tell him he cannot do something, he loves a challenge.

When you’re not working, where can we find you?

When he is not working, you can find him always learning, trying to better myself. He also has a passion for sports.
